RTB House started its operations in Germany in November 2017 and has gradually grown to a dedicated 25+ persons team. As part of our ‘remote-first’- approach, our team is spread all over Germany while we additionally run office spaces in bigger cities such as Berlin and Stuttgart. Our clients are top-notch German, Austrian, and Swiss e-commerce brands in the Fashion, Health & Beauty, Home & Garden, Travel, and Classifieds verticals.

The successful candidate will join the team during a period of exceptional growth of our business in the DACH region.

What You'll Do And How You'll Make An Impact

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing supplies and equipment
  • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, memos and emails
  • Taking care of documentation workflow and updating internal sources of information and local procedures
  • Contacting landlord, vendors, and suppliers
  • Keeping track of team members’ expenses
  • Organizing business trips, team events, and off-sites
  • Managing the Country Manager’s diary

Qualifications, Qualities, and Skills We Look For

  • 2+ years of administrative, business support, or similar experience in an environment with an emphasis on basic (office-) administration, scheduling meetings and events, as well as document preparation and filing
  • Good organizational and prioritization skills paired with a solution-oriented style of working
  • Proactive, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently after initial guidance and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in English and German is a must
